Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Slice beetroot and butter nut to cubes

    Heat oil then fry onions till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Then add tomatoes, beetroot and butternut and let cool for 10mins.

  4. 4

    Add royco and serve with your favorite meal. For mine I did with ugali.
