Wash and cut onions, garlic, tomatoes, capsicum into small pieces and shallow fry them, add tomato paste and salt to taste then let it cook into a sauce.

To incorporate all the ingredients into cooked stew, add hot water and let it boil for like 2 minutes, add the local ingredient-msherekha (optional), I like this ingredient in my animal proteins.

Put in all the four fish as below.

Cover and let it simmer for about 10 minutes (do not stir) and it is cooked as below.

Add cut dhania on top and cover to simmer for 2 minutes remove from heat.

Serve with hot ugali.
