Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcashew
  2. 3 tablespoonmilk powder
  3. 3 tablespooncondensed milk
  4. 1/4 cupgulkand
  5. 1 tablespoonchopped pistachio
  6. 1 tablespoonchopped almond
  7. 1 tablespoonchopped cashew
  8. 1/4 teaspoongreen food colour
  9. 1 tablespoonchopped rose petals

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add cashew and roast it for 10 min.

  2. 2

    Then cool it and make fine powder in mixture jar and keep aside

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl add gulkand,chopped pista,almond,cashew and mix well and keep aside

  4. 4

    Now in cashew powder mix milk powder and condensed milk well and make soft daugh

  5. 5

    Then make 3 equal parts from daugh and make balls

  6. 6

    Now take one ball and put it in between two sheets of butter paper or foil papers and role it thick roti

  7. 7

    Then cut it into 4 pieces

  8. 8

    Then stuff 1_1 teaspoon gulkand masala in it give cone shape to each and sil it properly

  9. 9

    Then cool it half hour into fridge and then serve it in serving dish and garnish with chopped rose petals.
