Steps

Take a bowl add grated lauki, gram flour, rice flour, salt and dry spices, coriander leaves,add water if you need mix well till the thick batter.

Take a grease mould pour the mixture and steam it for 15minutes.

After 15minutes take it out and let it cool.

Now cut it square shape pieces and shallow fry till the golden and crispy outside and inside soft.

Ready to serve with chutney or sauce.
