Ingredients

  • 250 gflour
  • 250 gsugar
  • 5eggs
  • 10 mlVanilla essence
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 250margarine
  • Grated white chocolate for topping
  • Whipping cream
  • Sprinkle's

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream sugar with margarine

  2. 2

    Add the eggs one at a time

  3. 3

    Add essence

  4. 4

    Sift flour with baking n bicarbonate of soda

  5. 5

    Fold in flour with a spatula

  6. 6

    Pour into a greased baking tin n bake in a preheated oven for 40-50mins @180 degrees.

  7. 7

    Let it cool in a wire rack n decorate.
