Mango phirni

With added mango puree this phirni brings freshness to the tastebuds.
Steps

Soak basmati rice for half hour and grind it into coarse paste.

In a pan add milk and pounded rice paste. Stir continuously until thick and cooked. Add sugar and stir it for some more time. Phirni is ready.

Once cool add mango puree. Mix it thoroughly.

Chill and serve tasty Mango phirni.
