Boil the omena till its cooked

Fry the onions in the cooking oil. Then add the tomatoes, cover and allow it to simmer. when the tomatoes are soft, add all the spices plus the salt
3

Add just a little water to help it simmer for some time..serve with ugali with some green veggies
