Steps

Mash paneer and mix with plain flour, refined flour and baking powder and grind them all together to make fine paste.

Now make sugar syrup with sugar and water and add kesar threads to it.

Now heat oil and fry small rolls with this paste till golden brown.

Dip these rolls in sugar syrup for 2 mins and take them out of sugar syrup.

Serve hot after garnishing with grated almonds.
