Cut your yam into desired shapes and boil it using a pinch of salt and sugar

In a separate bowl break your eggs and add seasonings and keep it aside

Sieve your flour and add seasonings in it too

Get your boiled yam and dip it in egg then in flour then in egg again

Fry and serve
