250 gmRice soaked & boiled
1/2 cupCapsicum chopped
1/2 cupOnions chopped
2Green chilli slits
to tasteSalt
2 tspOil
2 tspSchezwan spice
1 tspVinegar
1 tspSoy sauce
1 tspGarlic crushed

Heat a pan put oil in it.add garlic saute it.

Add all veggies.saut it.1 miniute.

Add salt, vinegar,sauce mix it add rice mix it very well.

Now add schezwan masala.mix.

Mix it very well.

Now rice is ready.serve it hot - hot.
