Ingredients

2 tbspgram flour
2-3 tspsemolina
4 tspspinach washed and finely chopped
to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
1onion finely chopped
As neededwater
As neededoil

Steps

1

Take a big bowl add all ingredients except oil and make chila batter.

Now heat a nonstick tava, apply 1 tsp oil, clean with tissue paper.

Spread chila batter and roast it both side like paratha.

Serve with tomato sauce.
