Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchSpinach (chopped)
  2. to tasteSalt (sprinkle a little)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok put oil and keep on flame, deep fry spinach till crisped up, remove on strainer and finish the other lot.
    Pour on a platter with kitchen towel on it and sprinkle little salt.
