Ingredients

  • 1medium sized tilapia fish
  • 500 grsalad oil
  • Coriander for garnishing

Steps

    Prepare the fish removing all the waste

  2. 2

    Cut into sections

  3. 3

    Heat oil till hot

  4. 4

    Now dip fry the fish till golden brown

  5. 5

    Serve in a plate and garnish with chopped coriander

  6. 6

    You can serve with mixed vegetables and ugali or any meal of your choice
