Fry onions until slightly golden. Add the pre-boiled matumbo, salt and bell pepper and mix well.

Fry until they turn golden brown

Add tomatoes and chopped garlic and cook until the tomatoes are well cooked.

Add the Royce cubes and stir then simmer on low heat.
