Cut 2 onions and cook to golden brown

Add pilau masala cook until the onion is crisps

Add crushed garlic and ginger

Add beef let it cook for 10mins as you keep turning

Wash rice and add stir it well until everything is mixed up

Add salt and water cover and let it cook

Your pilau is ready when all the water has dried up

Cut onion into small cubes and soak in salty water to reduce bitterness

Cut tomatoes, cucumber and avocado and mix them all together
