Per-boil the rice and refresh with cold water,deseed and blend the fresh tomato & pepper

Place a pot on fire,add the blended tomato and pepper,remove the sourness with baking powder.Add the seasoning and the sieved stock

Pour in the rice and allow to cookuntil the water dries up and the rice is tender,add in your shredded carrot and remove from fire

Place another pot on fire,marinate the shredded beef,using the frying pan fry the meat until it is cooked and tender
- 5
Saute' the diced green beans,shredded green pepper and sweet pepper and add to your rice
