White rice with potatoes sauce
Very simple and easy, also saves time

Wash the rice and set for parboiling

When the rice have been parboiled rinse and pour it into a minimum boiling water and add salt.Allow to cook and set aside

Slice your scotch bonnet together with the onions, dice the potatoes into cubes

Add the oil into a pan on low heat add the sliced ingredients to fry for about 2-3min add the tomato paste
- 5
Add the diced potatoes and add a 1/2cup of water for the potatoes to cook and then add your maggi and grated garlic cover and allow it to cook for 6-8min under low heat

Serve with any chilled drink
