Get a bowl add coco powder,flour, suger, and mix vry well...

Put a pan in fire in a low heat add butter,allow it to milt,add evaporated milk allow it to boil,add ur coco mixture gentle and keep mixing untill the mixture is very smooth..

Then remove the chocolate from the fire..

Get a container and pour ur chocolate on it..

Ur chocolate is ready to use...
