Grate American corn. Keep some kernel to add in soup.

Take a pan. Add butter. Heat. Add corn kernels. Saute till golden in colour. Add carrots and beans. Saute and keep aside.

Now in another pan boil grated corn. Add water in it. Boil for 15 min. Add corn flour slurry. Cook. Add this to sauted veggies. Add salt and black pepper. Cook for 5 min.

Serve in bowls. Add soya sauce and vinegar according to taste.
