Blend the grated coconut milk withou adding water. Thats your heavy milk then add a cup of water and blend again thats your light milk

Put the pre boiled eggs on a pan and add in slices of onions salt and the light coconut milk bring to boil

Let it cook till the water has drained.

Leave to cool

The heavy milk bring to boil but keep stirring the same way as you do porridge until i thickens

Leave to cool and then pour it on the as you serve
