Steps

Wash your chicken and put in a pot, add knorr seasoning, Salt, curry,thyme, black pepper & sliced onions. Place on heat and allow to steam for 3 mins then add water as desired... Remember to check salt and seasoning.... Allow to cook

Now place a frying pan on heat and add oil, allow to get hot and put in chicken; allow to fry (remember to flip sides to avoid burning) and remove from pan.

Wash and slice onions, garlic and ginger into a blender, add washed fresh pepper and blend smooth. (some seeds of the pepper wouldn't be all smooth, depending on blender type)

Pour the paste into a small pot, add half a cup of water, 2 table spoons of groundnut oil, 1 table spoon of palm oil, Salt to taste & half a cube of Knorr seasoning. Stir and place on heat. Allow to cook for 5mins and turn off heat

Preheat oven or electric grill on number 4

Add fried chicken to the cooked paste and stir to enjoy it's all covered in the sauce.

Place each chicken slice on oven rack and allow for 3 mins then flip the sides and allow for another 3 minutes. (this will require enough ventilation to avoid chocking) remove from oven/grill and turn off heat. Serve with your choice of drink and relax!
