First heat ghee in a pan.

Add gram flour and roast it, till comes brown colour.

It take approximately 12 to 15 min.

Then add sugar and mix it and cook 4 min.

Then add milk and stir it

Cook halwa with your choice consistency.

Garnish with coconut.
