Firstly take brinjal and usko bhun let gas par.phir usko mash kar Le. Take a pan put oil into it.

After 2 min. Add chopped onion, tomato and green chilli.

Let's fry this for 5 min. And add mashed brinjal into it.then fry it for 2 min. Then add salt and red chilli powder into it.and fry it.

After this fry it for 3-4 min.and garnish this with Coriander.And then serve it with chapati.
