Ingredients

  1. Halfchicken(local)
  2. 2medium Onions
  3. 3hot attarugu
  4. 2 teaspoonspepper soup spice
  5. 2seasoning cubes
  6. 1 teaspoonginger and garlic(freshly ground)
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 teaspoonhot yaji
  9. 1 litreswater

    Cook Rice and set aside. Chop Carrot and Broccoli, set aside to garnish peppersoup.

  2. 2

    Cut Chicken into small chunks and rinse twice. Put in a pot.

  3. 3

    Pound attarugu and Onion and pour into Chicken, add water, then put on fire.

  4. 4

    Add in ginger and garlic and seasoning cubes + spices, stir a bit and cover pot.

  5. 5

    Allow to cook till meat is tender, about 40mins. Put off heat.

  6. 6

    Garnish with carrot and Broccoli and serve with hot rice and vegetables.
