Steps

Start by heating a pot and add oil heat at medium and add some chopped onions,saute for three minutes and add in ginger and garlic,cook till fragrant

Add the foodmasala cook till it forms a paste,add the tomatoes and tomato paste cook till well incorporated.

Put the preboiled njahi in to the paste,mix well and you can add water but not alot to keep the sauce thick,season and cookfor ten minutes or till tasty

For the rice put oil in a pot,add in chopped spring onion cook for 2 minutes and add carrots and sweetcorn,mix and add the left over rice mix and season with salt.you can add butter if you like.
