You first boil your liver, boil your Irish potatoes and peas too.

Now you boil your rice. Add 2 cups of water and a little salt and cover to heat the water dries. now remove your rice and start frying your liver.

Fry the onions up to golden brown, add your capsicum and fry too. Now add your liver pieces as you fry to turn brown. Add your coriander followed by tomatoes and a little salt and cover for 5 minutes to heat.

Now add your mixture of Irish potatoes and peas and cover to heat for three minutes.

Serve with your rice and enjoy it. So delicious.
