Steps

Take a bowl and add curd and whisk it after it add all spices except tadka spice. and mix well than add soaked (& drained water boondi).

Now take a big spoon and heat oil than add cumin seeds and hing until it turn brown than add chopped onion and fry it until light brown. and pour it on raita and cover it with plate for 2 minutes at last add crushed mint and chopped green chilli. raita is ready.serve it cool.
