Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsoaked plain salted boondi
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1/2 table spoonchaat masala
  4. 1/2 table spoonbhuna jeera powder
  5. 1/4 table spoonred chilli powder
  6. 1/4 table spoonblack salt
  7. normal salt as per taste
  8. 1chopped green chilli
  9. 1 pinchhing for tadka
  10. 1 table spoonoil for tadka
  11. 1/4 spooncumin seeds for tadka
  12. 1/2chopped onion for fry
  13. leavessome crushed mint

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add curd and whisk it after it add all spices except tadka spice. and mix well than add soaked (& drained water boondi).

  2. 2

    Now take a big spoon and heat oil than add cumin seeds and hing until it turn brown than add chopped onion and fry it until light brown. and pour it on raita and cover it with plate for 2 minutes at last add crushed mint and chopped green chilli. raita is ready.serve it cool.
