Split chickpea curry (chana daal)😍
A yummy lentil curry. That i make every friday for my parents and sisters. Which is served with a bowl of salad and fruits as well as flat bread. #fridaymeal #eggfree #healthy #homemade

Arrange the veggies and herbs.

Arrange spices.

In a plastic bowl add split chickpea.

Add water in split chickpea and set aside for 2 minutes.

In a pot heat oil.

Add diced onion.

Some chopped green chilli and sauté them.

When onions are sautéed.

Add tomatoes.

And spices.

Mix them well.

Now mash the mixture.

When mashed add split chickpeas.

Mix well.

Add 2 cups water and cook on low flame until lentils are soft and cooked.

When curry is almost made. Add more green chilli.

When curry is made garnish with coriander and serve hot. Enjoy ☺
