Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a deep vessel and crackle the cinnamon, cloves and cardamoms.Add the green & red chillies and ginger.
Then add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, coriander & zeera powder, sprinkle a bit of water and mix. - 2
Now add the tomatoes and salt and stir it all together.
Let this simmer for about 5-7 minutes. - 3
Pour in a glass of water, add the peas, cover and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add the paneer, stir gently and cook till the water reduces to a slightly thick gravy.Once ready, squeeze some lime juice and serve hot.
