Stuffed Brinjal gravy..

Wash the brinjal and cut them into 4 without breaking them & soak into salt water.

Take dry roasted Sesame seeds, coconut, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, salt mix all ingredients and smooth dry paste it.

In a heat pan add oil and add brinjal.

Then add paste and mix well. Add some water and mix well.

Cover and cook brinjals for 15 to 20 minutes on slow flame. Then add chopped coriander leaves.

Gravy is ready to serve with rice or chapatis.
