Soak all dry fruits half hour then add cloves and pepper corns grind to fine paste heat ghee in pan and add onion paste saute till light brown add chilli and ginger paste now add white paste saute till leaves pan now add lichi, paneer, salt sugar and 1/4 cup water if needed cover for 2 minutes add fennel powder and mix it
