Steps

First wash and peel the apples then cut on chopping board

Now heat pan pour all apples pieces cook with enough water on low flame

Cook till it becomes soft let it cool keep aside

When it cool down now we grind in mixer grinder.

Heat pan pour pulp stir for 5 mins add sugar stir continuously.

Cook till it attains thick consistency resembling that of a jam now add lemon juice it will turn slightly shining and attain perfect colour.

Switch off the flame and then transfer in container

Serve with bread or chapati
