Boil the maize separately for 30 minutes, then add your beans and boil for 0ne hour until they become soft.

Chop your onions, tomatoes capsicum,coriander in a plate. Remove the potatoes peels and cut into small size.

Start frying your onions to golden brown, then add capsicum and fry for two minutes, add your tomatoes followed by coriander and a little salt as you fry.

Now add your potatoes and half cup of water. Cover to heat for 10 minutes till the potatoes become soft.

Add your githeri and stir and leave to heat for two minutes. Now serve your meal with a cup of hot milk and enjoy.
