Chicken breast flattened
1egg
to tasteGarlic powder
White pepper
1/2 cupbreadcrumbs

Flatten the chicken breast till well spread
2

Crack an egg on a plate
3

On another plate add the breadcrumbs with the spices
4

Drenge the breast in the egg
5

Pat heavy on the bread crumbs
6

And shallow fry with some weight on top to keep it flat
7

Serve warm
