Steps

First wash rice and rest it for 1/2hour.now wash spinach, coriander leaves.

Now take a grinder and grind spinach, coriander leaves, chilli,and ginger.

Now take pressure cooker or a pan.put oil or ghee and heat it.now add cumin seeds,cinnamon stick,cloves, black pepper,tej patta/ by leaves and green cardamom, saute all ingredients for few min.

Now put sliced onion and saute till goden brown.now add garam masala and red chilli powder and roast it.

Now add spinach paste and cook for 1 min, now add rice and 2 bowl water.and cook for 10-15 min.

Serve with chilled curd.
