Vegetable rava idlli

First take a bowl.put rava and curd.mix it and rest for 15-20min.

Now add grated carrots and cabbage and mix it.

Now make a tadka.take a pan put oil in it.heat it.add mustard seeds.when it crackel then add chana dal,urad dal, cashews and curry leaves.now put this tadka in rava batter..add salt in it.mix all ingredients well.add water and make a idlli batter.

Now grease idlli mould.place batter in it.and cook for 10-15min.

Serve with peanut or coconut chutney
