I was supposed to make a red velvet cake but it backfired on me 😪, but didn't give up got up and made another cake despite the struggle.

Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees and grease and dust your baking tin.

In a separate bowl, seive your flour and mix it with baking powder.

In another bowl, beat your eggs and beat them then add the vanilla essence and a pinch of egg yellow.

Bit by bit add your flour plus milk until it forms a consistency.

Pour your cake batter in the baking tin and knock it on the table.

Bake for 45 mins and check if it's well baked with a knife.

When the cake is cooled, you can ice it using whipping cream or any icing of your choice, beat the whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks, decorate your cake with you favourite colours and multicoloured vermicelli.
