Add oil,salt, ajwain in maida and mix well and make soft dough with water.

Rest dough for 15 minutes

Take a pan put 2tbsp oil add, cumin,dry coriander, and besan.Roast besan and add chopped onion, boiled potatoes, turmeric powder red chilli and salt.mix it well and cook 2 minutes.stuffing is ready

Now make ball of dough now press ball with hand and put stuffing material in it and make a ball again.

Now press them with soft hands and fry it.

Now our tasty Kachori is ready to eat..
