Ingredients

30 minutes
2 Persons
  • 2medium size Mooli(white reddish)
  • 1 tablespoonchopped green chilli
  • 1 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • 250 gmWheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspooncrushed cumin seed
  • 1/2 teaspooncrushed Carom seed
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • Asafoetida
  • Oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Grate mooli then add all spices,green chilli,coriander leaves,salt and wheat flour.

  2. 2

    Mooli already have water in it,so knead a dough without using water. Adjust wheat flour quantity if dough is too sticky.
    Take few oil drops in hand and knead dough well.

    Make small balls and roll it like paratha or chapati.
    Put paratha in hot pan,and add few oil drops around the paratha.

    Cook both side evenly by applying oil.Repeat same process and prepare all paratha.Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
