Paneer aloo paratha
Steps

Take a pan and heat oil than add cumin seeds and hing and saute after it add mashed potatoes, grated paneer, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, fennel seeds powder, black salt,chaat masala and mix well and make it for 2 minutes.

Now take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt,and water and make a smooth dough.

Now take a small ball of dough and roll like a puri and add 1 spoon of filling on it and again make a ball and rolling it than take a pan and make pratha with ghee until light brown both sides and eat it with curd or as you like.
