Ingredients

  1. 8pav
  2. 2chopped potato
  3. 1 cupmix chopped veggies
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. 2medium chopped tomato
  6. 1 1/2 table spoonred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 table spoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 table spooncumin seeds
  9. 1lemon juice
  10. 1 table spoonpav bhaji masala
  11. salt as per taste
  12. 2 table spoonoil
  13. 2 table spoonbutter
  14. leaveschopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    At first boil all mix veggies and potato. and mash it well or as you like

  2. 2

    Now take a pan and heat oil and add cumin seeds and onion and saute it until it turns light brown than add chopped tomato and saute than add all mashed veggies and turmeric powder, red chilli, salt, pav bhaji masala green chilli and mix it well and make it for 5 minutes than add lemon juice and mix and trun off the gas.

    Now take a another pan and shallow fry pav (cuts in two parts) with butter. and garnish bhaji with coriander leaves. and enjoy
