At first boil all mix veggies and potato. and mash it well or as you like

Now take a pan and heat oil and add cumin seeds and onion and saute it until it turns light brown than add chopped tomato and saute than add all mashed veggies and turmeric powder, red chilli, salt, pav bhaji masala green chilli and mix it well and make it for 5 minutes than add lemon juice and mix and trun off the gas.

Now take a another pan and shallow fry pav (cuts in two parts) with butter. and garnish bhaji with coriander leaves. and enjoy
