Boil the chopped vegetables

Mash it well and add salt ginger red chilli Powder and chat masala

Add 1 tbsp corn flour and prepare a dough

Now heat oil and fry koftas taking small portion of the dough

Keep the koftas aside on a serving bowl

Now heat more oil if needed and temper cumin seed bay leaf and whole garam masalas

Add onion chopped and saute well

Prepare a paste of tomato green chillies and cashew-raisins

Now add garlic and ginger into the pan and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add red chilli Powder and the masala paste saute well till it releases oil

Now add milk and boil adding sugar and garam masala powder

Pour the curry over the koftas and keep aside
