Corn and beans porridge

I was CORN FUSED😁 on what to cook with the sweet corn I bought. The initial reason for buying it, was for this Adalu recipe but because I don't like beans, I just sidelined it. Anyways I summoned the courage to prepare it today with blended fried tomatoes, crayfish and prawns😋

I was CORN FUSED😁 on what to cook with the sweet corn I bought. The initial reason for buying it, was for this Adalu recipe but because I don't like beans, I just sidelined it. Anyways I summoned the courage to prepare it today with blended fried tomatoes, crayfish and prawns😋
Steps

Cook your beans with salt, blended crayfish and set aside

Slice the ripe plantain to any shape you want and set aside.

Heat one cooking spoon palm oil and sauté onions. Add the tomatoes paste and stir. Add the washed crayfish and prawns.

Add the cooked beans to the mix, stir and cover to cook for some minutes.

Add seasoning cubes and taste for salt

Add the sweet corn, allow it cook for some minutes and drop from heat.

You can add more water to cook the mix of you want it really mushy.

Add the sliced scent leaf if you want.
