Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 200 gm chickpeas soaked and boiled
  • 1Potato sliced
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tsproasted masala powder
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil
  • 1 tspkasuri methi

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole

  2. 2

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste and saute well

  4. 4

    Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli Powder

  5. 5

    Add chickpeas and mix well

  6. 6

    Add sugar and roasted masala powder and switch off

  7. 7

    Add kasuri methi crush and serve
