2carrots chopped
2potatoes chopped
1onion chopped
2 cubesbeef stock
Pinchsalt
Water to boil until well cooked

Rinse and boil samp and brown beans together while boiling add carrots and potatoes

Add beef stock simmer for 5min and mash it until soft
