  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cuppassion fruit pulp
  • Passion fruit essence....optional

    Boil everything in a pan till the sugar dissolves.... Let it cool and set aside

  2. 2

    You can choose to sieve or leave the pulp as you simple syrup your cake

  3. 3
