  3. 1/2 cupchopped yellow bell pepper
  4. 1/2 cupchopped coriander
  5. Salt 1 tsp or per taste
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp or per taste
  7. Olive oil for frying
  8. 2toasted wholemeal bread

    Chop the veggies.
