  • 1/2 cupchopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupchopped coriander
  • Salt 1 tsp or per taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp or per taste
  • Olive oil for frying
  • 2toasted wholemeal bread

    Chop the veggies.

    Cook on medium to high flame.
