Heat the pan to medium heat

As it heats, beat all 5 eggs in a bowl

On the pan, put 1 tsp oil

Deep a slice of bread to the eggs then put in the pan to fry

When alm browned for both sides, remove from heat

Do the same to the remaining toasts and serve for breakfast with tea
